Natalia Mandrova

General Director

Natalia works in public relations for more than 15 years and is one of the leading industry professionals.

Mrs. Mandrova led Primum Mobile in 2005, withdrawing from the partners of “Propaganda” agency.

Natalia has a broad expertise in strategic corporate communications, internal communications and public affairs. Among Natalia's long-term clients are the major Russian and foreign companies, that run large state programs, and business associations .

In 2007 Natalia was awarded “The Silver Archer”, the main Russian PR industry prize in “ Master” category, based on the results of voting of the professional community.

Mrs. Mandrova graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of History. She began her professional career with Kommersant Publishing House.

Nikolay Sapronov

Development Director

Nikolay has been working in public relations for 12 years.

Prior to joining Primum Nikolay worked as Account Director of an international communications agency Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard. Earlier he directed new business and external relations in the position of Development Director of Propaganda Communication Technologies Center.

Nikolay is known as an active promoter of initiatives to develop professional standards of the PR community. He is one of the key authors of AKOS Memorandum designed as regulations for tenders on PR services.

He graduated with Gold Medal The Department of Political Science, Faculty of Philosophy, Moscow State University and later its graduate studies. Fluent in English.

Elena Martseniuk

Media Director

Elena works in media communications for 16 years.

Before joining Primum Mobile in 2005, she headed media relations division at “Mikhailov and Partners” strategic communications agency and later at “Propaganda” agency.

Until 2002 Mrs. Martseniuk worked in tele- and radio journalism: she was a producer and a presenter of a number of TV programs on “Pilot” channel (Tver), and a morning show correspondent on “Rossia” TV channel, and later a producer of well-known Arkady Mamontov's programs.

As a co-producer she participated in filming of jubilee documentary films “Time of the Ministry of Finance” and “Goznak is quality mark”.

She is a member of the Union of Journalists of Russia since 1994.

Elena is a graduate from The Tver State University, Faculty of Philology.

Alexandra Semenova

Director, Strategy and Analytics

Before joining Primum Mobile, she worked at the “Propaganda” agency as a deputy head of the political consulting department. As an analyst and expert she has implemented communication and research projects for following companies: TNK-BP, Rosneft, UC Rusal, Severstal, Russian copper company, “Baltika” brewing company, “Uralsib” financial corporation.

Alexandra took part in election and media campaigns, including those for state authorities. She managed a number of sociological and media reputation studies for major Russian companies.

She began her career as a journalist at a trade insurance journal.

Alexandra completed graduate and postgraduate courses at The Lomonosov Moscow State University, Philosophy Faculty.

Ilya Sternin

Project Director, Internal communications

Ilya works in corporate culture and internal communications for more than 10 years.

He supervised implementation of a number of internal communications and corporate culture development projects for TNK-BP, UC RusAl, Baltika brewing company, Rosneft, which consider as guidelines by the Russian professional community.

Before he joined Primum Mobile in 2007, he worked in PRopaganda agency.

Today he combines his work at Primum Mobile with management of the Èíêîðïîðåconsulting agency.

He graduated from The Lomonosov Moscow State University, Physiological Faculty.

Elena Kuznetsova

Senior Adviser

Elena has a more than 14 years experience in marketing communications and public relations.

Before joining the Primum Mobile she led external and internal communications as well as investor relations in the leading Russian financial companies — Promsvyazbank, Absolut-Bank and Icon Private Equity fund. She also supervised the international communications in the Russian aluminum giant – RusAl.

Mrs. Kuznetsova co-ordinated the media relations in marketing communications agencies PRP Group Weber Shandwick and Point-Passat.

Elena graduated from the London School of Public Relations and earlier from The Moscow State Lomonosov University, Journalism Faculty.

Oleg Schultz

Senior Adviser

Before joining the Primum Mobile’s team, Oleg worked for Q NET Engineering GmbH, where he was responsible for promotion of projects of Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft applied research institutes in Russia, China and India.

Oleg began his PR career with Centerra Gold Inc., a Canadian gold mining company, operated in Central Asia.

He graduated from The Central European University (Budapest) with the MA degree, confirmed by the State University of New York.

Anna Karimova

Senior Adviser

Mrs Karimova works in PR and Marketing Communications for banks and financial companies for more than 17 years.

Before joining Primum Mobile, from 2006 till 2010 Anna served as a head of public relations department of the Russian Mortgage Bank. Earlier Mrs. Karimova supervised public relations and advertising division at Soyuz bank,, and headed press-services of “Avangard” bank and Infobank.

Anna graduated from The Volgograd State University, Economic Faculty with honors and accomplished postgraduate program at the Research financial institute by the Ministry of Finance of Russia with main subject “Finance, monetary circulation and credit”.
